As the first industrial park in Hanoi\u2014and nationwide\u2014dedicated to supporting industries, the Hanoi Supporting Industry Industrial Park (HANSSIP) has emerged as a model for attracting investment and scaling replication across the country, supported by synchronized and modern infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recently, N&G Group welcomed a delegation from the Guangdong Provincial Enterprise Association (China) for a site visit and working session at HANSSIP\u2014one of the key projects in Vietnam\u2019s strategy to develop a specialized supporting industry ecosystem, invested in and developed by N&G Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With its strategic location at the southern gateway of Hanoi, combined with well-planned and fully integrated infrastructure, HANSSIP is steadily reinforcing its position as an attractive destination for enterprises in supporting industries and high-tech sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the program, the delegation conducted an on-site visit to HANSSIP Hanoi (Phase 1), gaining insights into the master planning, technical infrastructure, available development land, as well as the park\u2019s amenities and investment attraction orientation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the site visit, both parties held a working session at N&G Group\u2019s headquarters in an open, candid, and highly constructive atmosphere. Discussions focused extensively on investment relocation trends amid ongoing global economic fluctuations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The delegates also toured and explored operational models of factories within HANSSIP.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Representatives of the Guangdong Provincial Enterprise Association noted that, in response to the impact of tariff policies in U.S.\u2013China trade relations, many Chinese enterprises are actively seeking new markets to diversify supply chains and optimize production operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In particular, HANSSIP received strong recognition from the delegation for meeting key criteria sought by investors, including completed infrastructure, a clear development vision, and strong connectivity to both domestic and international supply chains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the part of N&G Group, representatives affirmed their readiness to welcome and accompany international investors\u2014especially Chinese enterprises\u2014in exploring and implementing cooperation opportunities at HANSSIP specifically and in the broader Vietnamese market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
