The Southern Hanoi Supporting Industrial Park (HANSSIP) owned by N&G Investment and Development Join Stock Company (N&G Corp) is currently witnessing strong growth with many large-scale factory construction projects being implemented. These projects not only meet the production development needs of domestic and foreign enterprises but also contribute to promoting the economic development of the region. With rapid construction progress and modern factory projects, HANSSIP is striving to prove its position in the supporting industry in Vietnam.

Arriving at the construction site of the Hanoi South Supporting Industrial Park Hanssip project on a hot summer day around the end of June, we were greeted by a bustling scene of the first days of construction of a large-scale factory project, with hundreds of thousands of square meters of construction currently under active construction. In particular, factories specializing in the production of electronic components for the assembly of computers, radios, telephones, printers, etc. are being actively and rapidly deployed to complete the progress and officially put into operation in 2025.

In just a short time, the first items of the project have completed the foundation and are continuing to actively construct the next important items such as the rough construction or the electrical and water systems.

The Hanoi South Supporting Industrial Park mega project is gradually being filled with large-scale and large-area projects and will officially come into operation from 2025. It is expected that after operation, it will create about 30,000 jobs for the locality and surrounding areas.

With the current positive progress of project construction, HANSSIP will gradually paint a complete picture of the goal of developing a smart industrial – urban service ecosystem right in the heart of Hanoi, and all projects are aimed at the 17 sustainable development goals of the United Nations.
